Hampi

Background
Hampi is an unusual brand that makes natural disposable dishware from fallen tropical trees working with the local population in south India. It’s a super relevant and socially responsible business! But what’s more, the plates are so attractive that we were able to add them as a premium brand to the product range of some high-end Dutch chains like the Bijenkorf.

Concept
What makes this case unusual is its exceptional appearance. The formal language is reflected in the physical packaging, the graphics and the brand identity.
The solution we found, enabling the Indian workers to process this packaging without glue, makes this case even more unique. Creative and sustainable objectives went hand in hand – a fine example of the opportunities offered by sustainability.
